Gemma Langford, life with MS

My diagnosis for RRMS was 3 years ago and I spent the first 2 of them suffering away whilst trying to stay strong and off the meds. Last year I started working on my mindset, eating healthy, working out and using an alternative medicine and I now no longer consider myself as a sufferer. I believe with the right positive outlook we can all change ourselves if we really want to and want to share this journey with you....
